From the front porch, guests enjoy gorgeous views out onto our cove on Lake Travis. We have a spacious front yard with a hammock for you leisure. Additionally, we have various floats, rafts, and lounge chairs that you are welcome to enjoy. Lake access is a gentle slope, about 50 feet away. (currently the cove is mostly dry due to drought) Please note, Lake Travis is not a constant level lake. Please inquire or check the current lake level at www.lcra.org if this matters to your stay. The space The space has two bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, plates, and utensils for you to use. The dock allows easy access if you plan to bring a boat with you on your stay. Otherwise enjoy it as a place to lay out and tan or to watch the kids play in the water. In the back yard, we offer a propane (and charcoal barbecue) pit to grill up some delicious food after a day out on the lake! Expect to see lots of wildlife! You will certainly see deer (and they will expect to be fed), but it is also not unusual to see foxes, raccoons, and rabbits. Other things to note Full WiFi access and are available for guests to enjoy. New stainless steel appliances in kitchen and new washer and dryer. Additionally, the community offers a private homeowner park with boat ramp, boat dock, and picnic tables on the main body of Lake Travis that you will have access to.
