Description

A bright, spacious, terraced house just a few minutes walk from Wadebridge town centre. Guests have access to the entire house and garden. The amenities of Wadebridge are right on your doorstep; the camel trail, a bustling high street with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs all mere metres away. A family home, we accept a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. The house is well catered for families with children. ** Over the summer (July-early Sep) week bookings only, Saturday - Saturday. The space The house can accommodate 7 guests in 3 bedrooms; The main bedroom with a kingsize bed & the twin bedroom are located on the first floor. The main bathroom is also on the first floor, equipped with a bath and a separate shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. The third bedroom is in the converted loft space, with 3 single beds and its own small en-suite shower room. The well equipped kitchen leads onto a light and airy conservatory which we use as a dining area. The lounge is spacious and yet cosy with comfortable seating, TV with free view, DVD player and a large selection of DVDs. We have installed a second TV and DVD player into the spacious loft bedroom area, making this perfect for children! A recently landscaped patio garden has ample seating, both to relax in the sun and table and chairs to dine outside. A gas bbq is available for use. There is a private parking space at the rear of the property for one small car. It is a tight squeeze! However, there is ample extra parking on the surrounding residential roads. Access to the property at the front is via 3 steps and at the back, the property can be accessed via a gate into the garden from the parking space. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garden areas. Access to the property at the front is via 4 steps and at the back, the property can be accessed via a gate into the garden from the parking space. There are 2 steps within the back garden. The parking space is accessed via a narrow lane which runs along the back of the terrace (off Park Road). It’s a tight squeeze! Other things to note Self check-in with keybox. We politely request that the dogs are not allowed upstairs and not on any of the beds so please only request if you know your dog is happy staying downstairs (there is a stair gate available if required).
