Our characterful holiday home is moments from the golden beaches of Margate’s Main Sands, Westbrook Bay, Margate’s Old Town and Dreamland. 3 minutes walk from high speed train station to London. The house is ideal for intergenerational family gatherings and mixed groups looking for a low-key break. Please note, we do not host groups looking for late-night/loud gatherings. The space With four double bedrooms, two reception rooms, one with connected dining room and kitchen. The house is spacious enough to accommodate family & friends get togethers with children but also intimate and cosy for smaller groups wishing to have a quiet break, cooking, relaxing by the fire and listening to vinyl records. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole house. Other things to note NO GROUPS/PARTIES/STAG/HEN GATHERINGS. Guests who disturb our neighbours will be reported to Airbnb, and if excessive, the local authorities. NO LOUD MUSIC OR AUDIBLE NOISE AFTER 10PM This applies to the house and yard. NO PETS. Real fire only to be used with written permission. An additional fee is charged for firewood and post-use cleaning. Cleaning charge additional - see Airbnb charges.
