On a 2-hectare estate of pine, oak and olive trees, classified as a protected site, Le Domaine d'Alèzen welcomes you in a privileged place located in the heart of Provence, 900 m from the center of the typical village of Grans, close to renowned tourist sites steeped in history such as the Alpilles, Luberon, Camargue, Côte Bleue, Calanques, Salon de Provence, Miramas (Village of brands), Istres, Les Baux de Provence, Aix en Provence, Avignon, Arles, Marseille The space - Studio (2 people) fully independent, fully equipped: private entrance, kitchenette, summer kitchen, private bathroom with 90 x 90 shower and heated towel rail, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private covered terrace 30 m2, garden furniture, deck chairs... - Included: End-of-stay cleaning of the room, sheets (beds made) and towels provided, crib and high chair (on request). Free access: 2-hectare wooded park, secure swimming pool (deckchairs), tennis court (racket loan), petanque court (ball loan). Presence of adorable animals roaming free on the estate: dogs, chickens, pigs... Closed, private and secure parking. Pets allowed: 1 dog maximum (no cats) Other things to note The 2-hectare estate has 4 rentals. By choice, our Estate remains an intimate structure with few tenants. What sets us apart from hotels, clubs or vacation centers. Each rental is completely independent with a private 30 m2 terrace with garden furniture. In addition to your kitchenette, you have a fully equipped summer kitchen. The secure pool is 12x6 and shared with other tenants as well as the tennis court, petanque court and large wooded park of 2 hectares of forest. The deckchairs are numerous and sufficient for all tenants. Given the space and layout of the rentals, everyone finds their place without being in each other's way. PARTIES AND GUESTS PROHIBITED: No reception or improvised party will be accepted... (family reunion, family meal or other...) For insurance and regulatory reasons, it is strictly forbidden to host guests on the Estate or in your rental even if they do not sleep on site. Access to the Domaine will be systematically refused to them.
