Featuring a Key West style 1930s craftsman bungalow home on a 1/4 acre lot owned by a retired draftsman, active artist & musician. You will enjoy Aaron's eclectic artsy vibe. The waterfront neighborhood is the oldest in Brevard County first platted in the 1800's and has a Key West vibe. Easily walk to many restaurants, shops, brewery, and much more from the property. The Beach is only a 5-10 minute drive over bridge. The space This is Aaron's primary residence but he likes to travel a lot and offer up his home to others to enjoy. It is an amazing eclectic musician/artist vibe in a fantastic arts district walkable location. The home is furnished with Aaron's personal eclectic touch and has a very nice, homey vibe. The living room features a Smart TV for all your subscription entertainment. Please enjoy the guitars but be respectful as they are Aaron's personal instruments. The home features 2 private bedrooms, 1 has it's own ensuite private bath. The other bath is in the office which is a common use bath. The kitchen is a full kitchen. Please use precaution using the gas stove. Make sure the gas is not left on and when cooking it is not left unattended so that there are no fire hazards. The back room has a couch as well as the living room which can be used to sleep a 5th guest that must be included on the reservation. Breakfast and tea are not included but we do provide a coffee pot and coffee. Laundry is not an amenity available at this property. Fireplace OUT OF ORDER Base rate price includes up to 4 people. Anyone above 4 is an extra $25 per person per night. Please make sure you notify property management the accurate guest count for your reservation. Guest access Guest accesses the home via a lockbox by the front door. Please lockup home when not there and when you checkout and put keys back in lockbox.
