The space This recently built (2020) apartment has open plan living and dining area features creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The open-plan living and dining area seamlessly extends to a deck area complete with a BBQ and SPA, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The sleek stone kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers ample storage. The light-filled bedroom is thoughtfully separated for enhanced privacy, featuring cozy carpeting and mirrored built-in robes. Two chic bathrooms includes a walk-in shower for a touch of luxury. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the apartment during their stay. Additionally, the building offers lift access and a secure intercom system for easy entry. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Other things to note 🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. While all essential cookware and utensils are provided, please note that we do not supply oil, salt, pepper, coffee, or any food items. 🧼 Essentials Provided on Arrival Toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and dishwashing liquid are supplied as a courtesy for your arrival. However, these items are not replenished during your stay. Please be aware that laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided. 🛏️ Towels & Linen Towels and bed linen are included, but there is no service for changing or washing linen during your stay. 🧺 In-Unit Laundry For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the apartment, so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay. ⚠️ The rate of the apartment is based for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $15 AUD per night which allows us to cover the costs of the delivery/pick up/wash and set up of the linen & towels. 🚗 There is OFF Street parking for ONE car but, you must request it in advance as we require your car dimensions (you will be allocated a designated bay). 🛑 The car stacker is only compatible with standard-sized vehicles, with a maximum height of 2050mm and a maximum length of 5000mm. There is free street parking available, but it is limited, so please be sure to check the parking signs for details. 📢 Please be aware that the furniture in the apartment may differ in colour from what is shown in the photos (e.g. beige/black). We regularly replace items with similar ones. 🌅 Our property management oversees several identical apartments within the building, and while we aim to maintain consistency, we cannot guarantee that the view from your specific apartment will be identical to the one shown in the listing. The view is the same but, it might differ if you are in level 1, 2 or 3.
