Beautiful cozy home in Los Angeles, on a Cul-de-sac of a quiet tree-lined street within walking distance to the famous Cerritos Library, Brookhaven park, Town Center, Performing Arts Center. It’s 15 minutes to the beach, Knott’s Berry Farm, 20 minutes to Disneyland, LA/OC airports, Little Saigon, Little Tokyo, China Town or Korean Town; quick access to freeways, near tourists attractions. Our professional house-cleaning service does laundry for all bed/bath linens including mattress protectors. The home is newly remodeled with marble counter tops through out, new built-in appliances, gas stove, rice cooker, toaster oven, microwave, and matching table settings. It has a 50” smart TV with cable TV and Netflix. The place is very nicely decorated with leather sofas and dinning seats, comfortable beds: - Cal King bed with luxury and comfortable mattress in master bedroom - Tempur-Pedic queen bed in second bedroom - Twin-full-twin bunk beds (3 total) in third bedroom - Total 5 beds that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. There’s a wine and coffee bar with Keurig coffee maker, fine dinning, kitchen supplies and a BBQ in the backyard for your enjoyment. Ideal for family or small group get together. There’re 3-car parking spots on the drive way. Garage is used for storage and is not available for guests. Washer and dryer in the garage and is accessible upon request. Overnight street parking is not allowed in the city and you’ll get a ticket if you park on the street overnight. The home is close to The main city’s town center with lots of shops, restaurants and markets. It’s also close to the unique Cerritos library with very large wall-size salt water aquarium, Children’s Library section, photos of all the First Ladies, huge T-Rex skeleton with fossil puzzles below, stunning artwork from different cultures plus unique and artistic outdoor fountains. The city also has lots of parks - some with fantasy (such as pirate) themes and playhouses. The city also has indoor Olympic size pools, Town Center and The Mall.
