Teachín Carraig is in an ideal location to visit Fintra beach, the 'Secret Waterfall' (best kept secret amongst locals) and Slieve League. 10 minutes from the Heritage town of Ardara, 15 minutes to Teelin and 20 minutes to the Folk Village Glencolmcille. 20 minutes to Donegal Town, with attractions such as Donegal Castle, The Bluestack Mts. and much more. The space Teachín Carraig is a newly renovated home offering beautifully finished rooms in a modern and comfortable finish. The property has it’s own private driveway, surrounded by lawns, ideal for kids for playing outside enclosed by fencing. Teachín Carraig comes with free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, 2 en-suite rooms (upstairs bedrooms) and a main bathroom/shower (with direct access from bedroom 1, and adjoining to bedroom 2). all four bedrooms in the property have double beds, plus a single bed in both upstairs rooms, making it suitable for up to 10 guests. there is a lot of storage and are its incredibly spacious. Teachín Carraig comes with washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays with a open floor plan in the living space and dinning/kitchen area. The living area has a coal or wood fire stove, ideal for cozy nights in and relaxing after an enjoyable day exploring the Wild Atlantic North West. Guest access Teachín Carraig is located 2 minutes drive from the town of Killybegs, and well connected to surrounding towns. It is best to access killybegs and the surrounding attractions by car, although the 'Local link' is available. Those coming with their own car will have no trouble finding parking in the town of Killybegs, with great availability of spaces directly in the center of the town and piers. Other things to note The town of killybegs has two main hotels, both providing great food, drink and atmosphere. Killybegs town has a variety of cafés which serve some of the best breakfasts and lunches - Mrs B's & Ahoy. Killybegs also has some fantastic restaurants - The Boat House and The Fleet Inn (serving some of the best food Killybegs has to offer). Killybegs also has a variety of take-out options that will for sure cater to all needs (Melly's café is famous for its Fish & Chips).
