Detached house of 141 square meters located at the end of a small village at the foot of the Tuscan Apennines. Surrounded by nature for those who love to enjoy fantastic landscapes and tranquility, a short distance from the beaches of Versilia, the sea of the Cinque Terre and the cities of art of Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Parma. Ideal for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. Guest access The house property includes a large fenced garden for the exclusive use of guests. Private parking is available and free public parking is a short distance away. The swimming pool, included in the amenities, is shared with the other two properties we own, but a part of the relaxation area complete with sunbeds, umbrella, director's chair and coffee table is dedicated to each property.
