Living room & terrace with fantastic views overlooking the sea, small independent bedroom facing south and quiet, kitchenette and bathroom. 1 st floor. Parking space 5 meters away. 140 cm bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room. (Possibility of loan of a travel cot.) Washing machine, bathtub, equipped kitchen. Cleaning products, soap and shampoo provided. Optional linens and towels. The space The apartment is in a 1970s condominium on the beach. We have redone a part but we did not consider it necessary or ecologically virtuous to renovate the kitchenette, which remains clean and functional, or the coverings of the balcony exposed to the spray. The rental price, which we hope is competitive, takes this into account. Please note this before accepting the rental transaction. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Only a cabinet in the living room remains closed. Cabinets and cupboards have plenty of free space. Some basic necessities (extra blanket, hygiene or dispensary products, etc.) remain on some shelves for your comfort: feel free to use them, they are there for you. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: - the bedroom wardrobe is available for you to put your belongings in. - the bed in the bedroom is not a sofa bed. The sofa in the living room can be a sofa bed if necessary as a supplement (possibility to accommodate up to 2 more people). - the dishes are set for 4 people. Additional dishes and utensils are available in the same cupboards, for all purposes. - In the two bathroom cabinets, you will find many convenience and necessity products (hairdryer, mini-dispensary...) but two shelves remain available for you to put your belongings. - the living room sink contains everything you need to accommodate 2 more people: these are the duvet and blankets to convert the sofa into a bed. - on the sideboard in the living room, you will find many brochures to inform you about the area. Feel free to use them, update them (if you find new or more up-to-date ones), and hand them over for the next tenants. - the living room cabinet remains closed.
