The space Apartment consists of a greatroom with open kitchen and dining and main bedroom with en suite. Extra bedroom with en suite is off a shared stairwell. Main bedroom has queen bed with new premium mattress, large reach-in closet, dresser, and the en suite has a large walk-in shower. Extra bedroom has double bed with brand new (Feb '24) pillow top mattress, reach-in closet, dresser, access to the porch, and the en suite has a jetted tub. Every room has a fantastic view of the mountains. Floors are finished concrete with radiant heating you control. Open kitchen has convection oven/microwave, induction cooktop, electric griddle, Kuerig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, French press, toaster, electric kettle, Instapot, sink, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and basic cooking ingredients (oils, seasonings, condiments). Free parking in the driveway for 1 vehicle(sorry, small hillside driveway). Plenty of safe street parking. Well behaved pets welcome, but unfortunately the yard is not fenced. Flat $25 pet fee. My access to the garage is the shared stairwell. My laundry room is on the second floor, off the shared stairwell, but generally private. I'm happy to share the washer/dryer with guests staying a week or longer, but I'm afraid I normally need to use them too often to make them available for shorter term guests. Other things to note Driveway is steep and can be treacherous to walk down it, especially in the winter. Please let me know when you book if you are bringing a pet. I have some extra supplies I like to provide and want to plan for possibly more cleaning time. I’m afraid I usually can’t adjust check-in or check-out times. I'm generally fully booked and it often takes the full four hours to do a thorough clean and sanitize. You might run into my dog while you're here. She's a very friendly Golden Retriever and gets along with everybody. But please give me a heads up if you or your dog would rather not interact with her during your stay and I'll make sure to keep her away.
