Between sea and forest, equidistant Honfleur / Trouville-Deauville (approx. 5 km), 2 hours from Paris, house + garden, quiet in a green setting, 600 meters from the beach, a well-equipped house, in an authentic Norman village. The space In the house, there are 3 bedrooms at your disposal + 2 furnished corridors, the whole can accommodate up to 8 people (ideal for 6). Listing description On two levels, it is a post-war townhouse backed by a small forest, quiet in a private cul-de-sac. Decorated with family souvenirs, the house is pleasant and provides all the necessary comforts. On the ground floor are a dining-entrance-reception room (with table, chairs and wood stove), an equipped kitchen, a bedroom (the "blue" bedroom, with double bed), and a bathroom (shower, toilet, small sink). Kitchen and living room have access to the garden, a courtyard-terrace and finally the garage as well as a storage room including a fridge and washing and drying machines. Upstairs, there is a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), two bedrooms (the "pink" bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, the "Mamyline" bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds) and two "corridor bedrooms" equipped with a single bed each. Equipment Bedding (sheets, duvets, pillowcases) as well as towels (bath towels, towels and gloves) are included in the rental. There is a mobile BBQ in the garage (works "the old-fashioned way", with charcoal or wood), as well as a complete garden set: tables, chairs, deck chairs, swing, parasol. As for the kitchen, it is well equipped: gas stove with oven, microwave oven, mini-fridge (a second larger one with freezer compartment exists in the storage room), all the necessary cookware and dishes, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker, etc. Finally, there is a DVD player and don't hesitate to devour some of the books you will find here and there as well as to relax and have fun with the board games that are upstairs!
