Living room has no Aircon. Dining, Kitchen (gas charge P250 )Toilet and Bath. Space is good for family of adults, good for intimate celebrations (house rules apply),staycation. Common space equipped with CCTV.Building has 24-hour security system. Guest access WiFi, Kitchen,Utensils, Pots n Pans for light cooking only (gas charge P250), Dining ware limited. Please bring your own dispossables Appliances: Air-con,Electric Fans, Cable/Smart TV,Gas Stove,Refrigerator, Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker. Kindly do your own dishes. *(Paki hugasan po lahat ng pinag lutuan at pinag kainan). Clean as You Go. 3. Kindly bring your own, alcohol, sanitizer, soap, dishwashing liquid. 4. No pool , No Karaoke, 5. No shoes inside the unit, please bring your own sleepers . 6.Towels are limited kindly bring your own for your safety. 7. Only 1 parking slot is available for this unit other parking will be by chance, no guaranty , double parked might be permitted by the guards as long as they will not stay over night. 8. Please do not attached anything on the walls and ceiling, some part of the curtain maybe used instead. 9. Cooking charge P250. Payable upon arrival. Use of Samgyup stove is NOT allowed. 10. All things missing , broken, burnt will be paid by guests. 11. Items in the mini bar are for sale. 12. Kindly use the bowl in the CR if you feel like throwing up/ puking.
