Parking space available upon request and charged €10 per night (up to 120€/month) It will be necessary to prove the reason for the stay and formalize a seasonal lease. Other things to note House rules 1. The house is rented exclusively as a seasonal lease, for a justified temporary need, and not as tourist or holiday accommodation. 2. The stay must respond to the reason declared by the Lessee in the reservation and in the contract, whether for work, studies, medical treatment, removal, reform or other accredited temporary cause. 3. It will be mandatory to facilitate the identification of all occupants before entering the house. 4. Max occupancy is 6 people. It is not allowed to host more people than those declared in the reservation and in the contract. 5. The home has 3 double bedrooms. To have access to all 3 bedrooms, the reservation must be for at least 4 guests. 6. No parties, events, celebrations or annoying, unhealthy, dangerous or illicit activities allowed. 7. Neighbors' rest and community regulations should be respected at all times, avoiding noise especially at night. 8. The house may not be used for tourist, recreational or short vacation purposes. 9. The tenant undertakes to make diligent use of the home, furniture, appliances and common areas of the building. 10. Professional, commercial or business activities are not permitted in the home without express written authorization. 11. The parking space, if requested, will be subject to availability and must have been previously required. 12. No changes of occupants during the stay without prior written authorization of the property. 13. Any incident, breakdown or damage must be communicated to the property as soon as possible. 14. At the end of the stay, the home must be returned in the correct state of use, order and conservation, except for normal wear and tear resulting from proper use. 15. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of the contract, without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions.
