Amazing Cape Town Flat - Beautiful, SAFE, Central

This delightful, self contained ground floor apartment is at the bottom of my Oranjezicht home in the heart of Cape Town. In a lovely, safe area, it is perfectly positioned for exploring the best of Cape Town. A short walk to Table Mountain or trendy Kloof St. The Waterfront and main beaches are a $4 Uber journey away. There's an excellent, well priced deli up the road for breakfast. This garden flat is the ground floor of an upmarket Oranjezicht house. In front you have a sunny plant filled veranda with views of Lions Head, Devils Peak and the City. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need, including a desk, FAST UNLIMITED FIBRE internet, an extra long king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, stove, fridge, kettle, an iron and even a wine bank. Guest access The whole flat is yours. There is a locked front garden gate we all share. You also have a key to the side gate that gives you access to the swimming pool at the back of the house. In front there is a sunny veranda where you can soak up the morning sunrise and admire the views of Lions Head, Devils Peak, and the City centre. There is a grill with charcoal available should you want to braai. Other things to note Just up the road, the leader of the Western Cape, has his official residence. I am perfectly located so that you can be in the city centre within minutes, and have easy access to all of Cape Towns main tourist attractions and beaches, but at the same time, I am away from the noise, crowds, petty crime and pollution that you get in the city centre. There is a baby camp cot with mattress available if needed. The houses around here have an old school charm. Be aware, that in areas like the City Centre, Sea Point, Observatory and even the Clifton beach area, you might come across characters in the street that make you a bit uneasy. That doesn't happen around here. We are in an oasis of calm and civility even though we are a mere 10 minute walk from the city centre. As a base from which to explore Cape Town, it really doesn't get better. I have a studio at the back of the house that is extremely successful on Airbnb and is normally fully booked with over 110 rave reviews. People love the area and the house.
