You can fit around 3 cars. Please do not use the left-side driveway, you can only park on the right side of the driveway. There is shared laundry room in the basement that you’re welcome to use. Just a small request, please avoid leaving clothes in the washer or dryer for extended periods so it’s available for others as well. The locked cleaning closet and attic are off limits to guests. Other things to note This property is the lower flat of a duplex, so you may occasionally hear light noise from the upstairs unit. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – A small back porch is available for smoking. A $250 fee will be charged if any smell of cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana is detected inside the apartment. ❄️ Cooling Comfort – While the property does not have central air, portable AC units will be installed no later than Memorial Day weekend to ensure a comfortable stay. 📌 Seasonal Outdoor Furniture: Outdoor furniture is set out in early to mid-April, weather permitting, to maintain its quality and longevity. 📌 Seasonal Yard Cleanup: After winter, driveways and yards may temporarily have residual debris.
