Fantastic Traditional House in the Heart of the Village, right by the Sea, charming and typical house, set in the very heart of the village and practically on the sea, is the perfect place for your holiday. It’s the ideal spot to park your car and enjoy your entire stay on foot — beaches, town centre, supermarket, pharmacy, public transport, post office, restaurants, and bars are all within easy walking distance. The space Ocean Front Terrace Village, a clean and comfortable house with a wonderful view of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other one with two single beds, for four persons,one bathroom, living room and kitchen in open space. Outside it has a terrace upstairs to the sea and another one more private. Guest access Please note that parking is not available directly in front of the house, but a free car park is located just a 5-minute walk away. The nearest bus stops are about 15 minutes on foot. Other things to note INFORMATION/RULES: • Check-in: Between 4 PM and 8 PM. If you prefer self-check-in, instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. • Check-out: By 11 AM • DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENTS: After your reservation, closer to your check-in date, you will receive a link to a secure platform. Through it, you must: • Fill in the identification details for all guests (required by law). • Pay the mandatory Mafra tourist tax (this tax is charged per person, per night, for all guests aged 12 and older, with a maximum of 7 nights per stay). GENERAL RULES: • Pets: Not allowed, with some exceptions at an additional cost (please request this to the property manager). • Smoking: Forbidden inside the accommodation. • Parties or events: Not allowed. • Quiet hours: 11 PM to 8 AM, as per current law. • Lost Keys: If you lock yourself out during your stay, our assistance will cost €25. If the keys are left in the lock on the inside, the assistance fee will be €70. CHECK-OUT AND CLEANING • Upon departure, the accommodation must have the lights off and be free of trash and dirty dishes. (If you leave trash or dirty dishes, a €30 fee will be charged). • All materials and furniture (indoor and outdoor) are for use during your stay; any damages will be charged. • For stays longer than 11 days, an intermediate cleaning is included. • For stays shorter than 10 days, extra cleaning can be scheduled based on availability for an additional cost. AVAILABLE ITEMS AND SERVICES: • Bed and bath linens are provided (beach or pool towels are not included). • Courtesy items provided at the start of your stay: dish soap, hand soap, coffee pods, trash bags, toilet paper, salt, olive oil, paper towels, and laundry and dishwasher pods. • Travel cot and baby highchair are available upon request and availability.
