El Palomar II is a spacious and cozy house near Segovia-15 km and Madrid-70km. Located in a natural wooded environment 1 km from the urban center between the towns of La Losa and Ortigosa el Monte, north slope of the "PN Sierra de Guadarrama". There is also a full bathroom and a double bedroom (150 cm bed) The first floor has two bedrooms: one double and one quadruple with bathroom. The rest (100m2 of floor) are living areas differentiating television area, another study area with desk and sofa bed. The garden surrounding the house has a garden table and a covered barbecue with a light point. The house has diesel heating and it is very easy to maintain a comfortable temperature, both in summer and winter. The house is inside a private estate of 3 hectares, with swings and many pleasant corners for walking and for children to enjoy. Completely fenced in stone and surrounded by livestock farms (cows and horses) The house has its own private garden, but they have access to many corners around the house, in a 3-hectare ash grove with swings and hammock, and areas to play or walk. We will meet upon arrival at the accommodation to hand over the keys and to resolve any possible questions. We are on the mountainside right between two villages, Ortigosa del Monte and La Losa. You can walk to both - 1.5 km - to shop or have a drink (there is a supermarket, bars, pharmacy, butchers). One of the butchers in La Losa, Carnes Braman, is organic meat. The fish shop opens on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In La Losa there is also a swimming pool with restaurant service. From the house we can walk to the Berrocal (natural area) or the Hermitage of San Pedro (from the 12th century) along roads surrounded by livestock fences, among ash, holm oaks and oaks.
