The historical center of Kaliningrad.

We offer a one-room apartment in the historical center of Kaliningrad on Oktyabrsky Island, a two-minute walk from Kneiphof Island (Kant Island), for a short vacation or work. Nearby there are museums, the Cathedral, the Pregolya River with cute boats, parks, cafes. The apartment is bright, cozy, has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. We provide bedding and a set of towels. If necessary, we meet guests at Khrabrovo airport or at the train station (by agreement). The space Guests will have the whole apartment at their disposal, all rooms are separate from others. There is a glazed finished loggia that can be used as a lounge. Guest access The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a 10-storey building. There is a comfortable modern elevator. The entrance to the building is closed, but guests are provided with a set of keys, the intercom works. Other things to note I provide a set of bed linen and the necessary number of towels. At check-in, I take a deposit of one day, 2000 rubles, which I return at the end of the rental period. I can provide accounting documents upon request.
