The space The villa is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary luxury: billiards, international smart TV, Wi-Fi, large furniture, fully equipped modern kitchen... It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including 5 adjoining): 1 master bedroom with king-size bed, 4 bedrooms with queen-size beds and 1 bedroom with queen-size bed in a bungalow. 2 double sofa beds are available to serve as additional beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a freezer, a water cooker, a rice cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave, a complete set of dishes... A washing machine and a drying rack are available. The villa also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The swimming pool measures 5 x 8 meters with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun! Ideally located, in a 24/7 secure residence with laundry and taxi service. Close to all amenities, you will find very good restaurants open mornings, lunchtimes and evenings as well as 7-Eleven convenience stores. On arrival my Thai assistant will welcome you. The beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal. A professional team will clean every 3 days. Electricity is excluded; the meter will be read with you at the entrance to the premises, the price is 8 baht per KW. Airport/villa shuttle service available. A private driver will meet you at the exit of the airport and will take you to your holiday villa. Scooters available for hire during your stay, possibility to drop them off at the villa for your arrival. Taxi service on demand.
