Artist studio in the heart of Weimar old town #2

Our studio is located in the middle of the Old Town in one of the most beautiful historic streets of Weimar. Surrounded by art and culture, you always have the opportunity to explore our old market square around the corner or the pedestrian zone, the parallel road. The street is known for cosiness and socializing. That's why you should definitely go to one of the nice restaurants and pubs in the evening. From the window you have a direct view of the beautiful town hall. The space Our studio is built with love and is embellished and improved every day. We are quite in love with the space division, which makes it possible to feel free and uninhibited (both rooms are open, but the beds are visually separated from each other). Many things were by built ourselves and solved in an artistic way. But especially that gives the apartment its own charm. Other things to note Additional services & taxes: 1. Bed linen & towels - 5 euros / person (if required) 2. Tourist tax - € 2.25 / person / night 3. Extra cleaning service - 25 euros / cleaning (if required) House rule: 1. Tidy up the kitchen (Check Out status = Check In status) 2. Careful handling of the interior design (furniture + exhibits) 3. General sense of responsibility towards other residents of the house (night rest from 10 p.m.) 4. Use of the magazine in the studio (no take away) 5. You should have an average sense of cleanliness and order. (we cannot meet higher standards) 6. In the event of damage, please send us a message 7. The rear outside area does not belong to the apartment (but can be used for smoking) 8. The apartment is located in the center of the city - there may be increased noise levels (school groups, students and tourists) 9. We will invoice any costs incurred as a result of improper handling 10. We are not liable for accidents of any kind 11. Heating and warmth: Since our apartment is on the 1st floor, there is the advantage, especially in autumn and winter, that the heat from apartments on the right / left, above and below always keeps our apartment at a pleasant base temperature. If it is too cold for you, you can of course turn up the heating. Please remember to switch off the heating accordingly, because it will continue to heat up afterwards. 12. Our apartment has two beds in different corners. If you enter the apartment and look to the left, you can see the bedroom with a pallet bed. If you look to the right you can see the living room. The second bed is in a very cozy niche in the living room. Our two rooms are not separated by a door. The beds are optically completely separated. 12. Forgotten things are kept for a week - then disposed of (e.g. underwear, corsets, "toys" - everything has already happened ;-))
