This Georgian residence set over four floors offers huge amounts of space and is perfect for families. Built over 350 years ago, it boasts traditional features while offering over 10 bedrooms with exclusive use of the hot tub and terraces. The terraces offer a large relaxing space to enjoy the dining and seating area, alongside the large premium hot tub with waterfall and fountains. The heated pool and garden are great for kids. In line with Airbnb policies, events are not permitted. The space The bedrooms offer something for everyone. From the huge master suite with its own fireplace, antique furniture and its ensuite. The ensuite boasts a freestanding bath with book-matched marble backdrop and a large walk in rain shower. The queen room with its pleasant views offers its own ensuite with bath and stylish sink, alongside its antique wooden bed and wardrobe space. The junior room has two single beds. The book tree and boat inspired lights make this the perfect place for kids or those who are young at heart. The top floor offers more bedrooms so you can accommodate everyone you need. There is a double bedroom with views over the valley and its own mezzanine supported on 300 year old oak beams. Another bedroom has space for two guests in a double bed and door built from ships timbers. The main bathroom offers a bath and shower with massage jets, marble floor and modern fittings. There are two lounges, the main one is a generous ten metres by five and the second five metres by five. While the library also has seating and a wide array of books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay. Dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, separate drinks fridge, 5 burner range cooker and dual oven are all included for you to use. Don’t want to cook? No problems, the Indian takeaway gets 5 stars and is just a 30 second walk away. There are multiple dining spaces, the kitchen, the servants dining room or the main dining hall. The large dining table provides a communal dining experience for all, while the pool table and board games offer something for everyone. Other things to note New for this year: There is a brand-new kitchen featuring a marble floor, range cooker and plenty of fridge space. There is an additional outside seating and dining area in addition to the existing hot tub terrace. Bookings can be cancelled by the guests with a full refund in the case of a national lock down or a lockdown in the local area to the property. You will have private and exclusive use of the entire site, including the two lodges on the drive and the apartment.
