Hi, I'm Francesco and I welcome you to my home in Friedrichshain. The flat is newly-built, 110sqm large and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and very fast WiFi. One bedroom and one bathroom will be for your private use (the bed can be used both as a single or a double). It's a bright and comfortable flat with many plants, facing a quiet park and close to many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, and public transport options. You'll love the liveliness of the neighborhood and how cozy the flat is! The space The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room and a balcony that you will be sharing with us. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, while my son and I have our own bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of the flat. We have a high-speed and reliable internet connection (fiber-to-the-home), which is perfect if you have to work (or send really many cool videos from Berlin to all your friends). There's a big couch if you want to relax, a balcony with many flowers, books, games, coffee, beer, tea, and a piano. In case you're unsure about something or have a special need, just let me know and I'll try to help! During your stay I live alone in the flat with my 8-year-old son, who's staying with me half of the time. You can usually find us playing games, reading or cooking together. I work from the office a couple of days per week and the rest from home. I am happy to socialize and share some stories behind a coffee or beer, and I enjoy making others feel at home - guests and friends alike. Feel free to ask me for recommendations, I'm happy to share the places I like 🙂 I/we speak Italian, French, English, German and Norwegian to various degrees of proficiency, and are both trying to learn some Spanish.
