A very centrally located studio loft, walking distance to most of the city top attractions. The building is on one of the busiest streets in Varna. It includes a robust front door for your safety and complete noise isolation. The space When entering the studio you would find a kitchenette, and an entrance area with a shoe rack. Studio has a lot of real wood work and hot plate is not allowed. An air-fryer and a microwave are available. The bathroom is equipped with a brand new washer/dryer and a glass wall separated shower area. A small dining area with 2 chairs and a table both flexible to close up and free more space if needed. A 3 door closet is also available. In the living area there is a pull out sofa that reaches a full size bed. A large TV stand gives extra storage space. A small safety deposit box is located in the TV stand. A smart 42” TV. Netflix is available. Wi Fi is free of charge. The bed area on the second level has a full size mattress (140cm x 200cm). There is a small area behind the head space. Other things to note Cleaning charge is BGN 15 per stay.
