The space San Juan is located at the Mairena Hills, in a very relaxed environment with an outstanding view to the Mediterranean. La Mairena is a hill top residential resort on the Costa del Sol, just 5 km (3 mi) from the coastal ruralisation of Elviria, on the eastern outskirts of Marbella, Spain. At 400 m (1300 ft) above sea level, the village offers stunning views towards the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the Mediterranean Sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coast. The place and atmosphere are comfortable in a distressed area. We finished the refurbishment of the apartment a few months ago and you could find marble floor, high end kitchen or last generation flat tv's. (Even surround sound system with Bluetooth is available). Guest access The apartment has 50m2 terrace that is great for early coffee, family's meals or to relax and read a book while enjoying the sunshine or the sunset with a glass of champagne. You can look at the pool from the apartment, that itself has a lovely view. Other things to note The appartment comes with an alarm connected to the police and private security company.
