The space The renovated apartment is available for a couples and their children older than 3 years, for very small children it is not suitable. Nice and quiet, but close to city centre. We provide you with a code for entering the building and code for keysafe for entering the apartment, so you can check in yourselves after 15 o'clock any time. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and on the second floor and there is no elevator. The the studio apartment is not available for pets/animals. 2 sleeping possibilities. Sofa bed setup is provided only upon request. The main king size 200x180 mattress on the gallery. You shall leave the apartment on last day of your stay by 11 o'clock in the morning CET. You can occupy the apartent on your first day after 15 o'clock in the afternoon CET. (Earlier only if no guest is leaving before your arrival.) The house rules: silent/quiet period is from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. Air Conditioning is provided from May to Sept on request. Guest access You will have full access to a fully renovated studio apartment with brand new kitchen with kitchenware, bulit in ceramic hot plates, microwave oven, tea kettle, coffee machine, TV (only for internet, no cable). There is a new bathroom with shower available for your solely use. In the bathroom to enhance your comfort there is a heated towel radiator and WC behind the sandblasted glass door.
