Quiet Retreat with peaceful surroundings, parking

Our cottage is a lounge/Kitchen that is light & airy with French doors leading to the patio, I supply milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, cake, biscuits, We have a washing machine & Tumble dryer in the kitchen, These are NOT for use of one Night Stays, Only for guests staying 4 days or longer. Upstairs, double bedroom, TV, Hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, bedside cabinets lamps, Iron & ironing Board. Bathroom bath & overhead shower, I supply Towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner & toilet rolls, The space Our cottage is in quiet peaceful area, good for couples, business travellers, solo adventurers and families with a small child if you bring your own travel cot, we do have a double sofa bed in the lounge that could be used for a third and or forth adult at an extra cost of £25 per adult person per night and a fold up bed that is available upon request, for a small child, free of charge, or it is free for a child under 14 or second adult.(if two adults do not want to share a double bed) We have plenty of room in the grounds for secure off road parking for several vehicles. And we have a patio area that guests are welcome to use, with table & chairs and sun loungers if required. There is also a private side garden available for guests to use for privacy and peace and quiet if desired, with sun loungers and table & chairs Guest access Our guests have their own separate entrance to the cottage, and are welcome to use our spacious off road parking and the patio area outside the cottage which have a table and chairs for when the weather is nice, and it is very peaceful, where you can watch the wild life, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Other things to note Check in time is after 3pm unless otherwise pre arranged, late check in is available up till 12am for people working or late arrivals, just let us know. We also have a key-safe so you can let yourself in if need be. I will leave you tea, coffee, sugar/sweeteners & fresh milk in the fridge along with 2 bottles of water for your arrival to help you settle in, there is also prepackaged biscuits cake and cereal for breakfast. Salt, pepper and Vinegar is also supplied. We have a 50” SmartTV with Netflix etc Please Note The washing machine & Tumble Dryer is Not available for use for one night stays, only guests staying 4 nights or longer, due to current electricity costs. For guests booking 28 days or more We will ask you to sign a rental contract, agreeing that your stay with us is temporary, this is a Airbnb requirement and its terms are legal and binding and this must be agreed prior to booking. If you’re not comfortable signing the contract, you may want to discuss your concerns with Airbnb or look for another place to stay. Airbnb If your host asks you to sign a contract that you weren’t notified about before you made the reservation, you can decline to sign the contract and ask your host to cancel your reservation instead.
