The Annexe is a contemporary, self-contained 1 bed apartment. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in central Truro, the property is just a 10 minute walk to the city. The space With a comfy king sized bed and a top of the range sofa bed in the living area, everyone will get a good night's sleep. The Annexe has a luxurious bathroom with a walk in shower and a kitchenette provides a kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave (NB: we do not have cooking facilities, but there is an abundance of local amenities). Free wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Prime. Charging points are located throughout the property. There is off-street parking for two cars. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families with small children (we can supply a highchair and travel cot if needed). Sleeping four adults would be tight. Please contact us before booking if there are more than two adults to discuss your requirements. The train station is a 5 minute car journey (20 minute walk) from The Annexe, and with a pub and local convenience store less than a 5 minute stroll from the property, everything you need is right on your doorstep. Guest access The Annexe is self-contained, private, solely for our guests.
