Light & spacious family home with large garden

Detached family home in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the centre of town. The open plan living area opens up onto the decking and the big back garden where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. There is a driveway to park your car and plenty of room in the large porch to store all your beach gear. It's a 10 minute walk into town or a 1 minute walk to the park at the end of the road. The space This is our family home and we renting it out whilst we are away in our campervan. It is a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from the centre of town with a large driveway. As it is a ‘lived in’ house, it is not perfect - there are a few scuffs around the edges and definitely a lived in feel to it… however when it is rented it will be very clean and hopefully full of some extras that you won’t usually find in a typical air bnb (comprehensive spice rack, a good array of kitchen utensils, a sage barista coffee machine, a library of books, a garden hammock, slide, treehouse, veg and flower garden and greenhouse, kids toys that belong to our toddler and baby, a piano, a surfboard you can borrow, a good selection of board games, and a lot of thriving house plants). We have an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge which opens up onto decking with patio chairs and table for alfresco dining. We also have a bbq you can use. The garden is relatively large and a lovely space to relax in (please note, I may ask my mum to visit to water the garden occasionally in the evenings but will discuss this with you first!). We are a 1 minute walk from the recreation ground - where there is a skatepark, large grassy common and children’s park. We are a 10 min walk into Cowes town - where there are local sailing shops and pubs etc. We are a 15 min walk to Gurnard beach which is a lovely sheltered spot to swim/paddle board etc We are a 30-40 min drive to south coast beaches where you can try surfing or explore the islands more remote coastline. Please note that we have no TV but do have a fast internet connection so feel free to use the wifi. You can park your car on our driveway (which can just squeeze in 2 cars) and there is also usually plenty of parking on the quiet road. Sleeps 6: • 1 large room with super king size bed. • 1 small room with double bed. • 1 medium sized room with 2 single beds • Also one travel cot with mattress
