The apartment is in the historic center of the ancient spa town. Thanks to its strategic location, it is well connected to all types of services. The train station is just 500 meters away, easily accessible on foot. A few meters away is La Bollente, an ancient hot spring as well as a symbol of our pretty city. The space The place was renovated in 2016, is spacious (60 sqm) and well furnished. Equipped with air conditioning and heating in both rooms, it allows you to have an ideal temperature any time of the year. The living room is cozy, with a sofa that can eventually be used as a sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils including an induction cooktop. The bedroom is comfortable and can be easily shared by two people. All windows are equipped with remote-controlled shutters, easily adjustable with the appropriate remote control.
