House with coziness, shelter, fire pit and fresh eggs

Really good choice for families with children and others who want to be undisturbed in quiet surroundings. The house is located on a small closed road. 5 min to shopping and the light rail into Aarhus. We have good kitchen facilities as well as a gas grill. Nice TV/sound and fast wifi. Large bright living room. Note/important: You have to like using the wood-burning stove as the underfloor heating is not quite enough on cold days (minus degrees). We need to make an agreement on the heating costs. There's a brand new kitchen. Not the one in the picture. Rent my car if necessary Private home. The space Over the summer, we have the garden and greenhouse full of plants, berries and fruits, which you are welcome to pick, in modest quantities :-) There are 5 hens (no rooster, out to the road away from the garden) and thus fresh eggs :-) Neighbors look after the hens. There is a newly-built shelter with luxury decor. Campfire and lots of firewood. If you want to borrow a canoe or a kayak, that's an option. 7 minutes by car and you are at the child-friendly beach. There are 2 bicycles and other things that can be borrowed. Feel free to ask about this :-) I will gladly send more pictures if desired. Within about 30 minutes by car, the following can be visited Djurs Sommerland Ree park Munkholm Zoo Scandinavian Zoo Randers Rainforest Kattegat Center The old town Moesgård Museum Mols Bjerge Tivoli in Aarhus Larger beaches Kalø Castle Ruins Aarhus There are duvets/bed linen/towels etc. It is not new, but of course clean. You might just bring your own duvet set. Other things to note It is expected that you leave the house nice, tidy and vacuumed.
