The space The studio apartment is located in a very central area, practically on the port of Ischia, from which you can easily get around on foot, reaching in a few minutes (about 4/5 minutes) the beaches (Pagoda and San Pietro), the famous right bank with its typical restaurants and nightlife, the shopping area with the Ischian nightlife... if you want to move around to visit the island, 30 meters away there is the general bus station. The location is quiet as it is located on a private avenue....we welcome a maximum of 3 guests Guest access The loft is located on a lower floor (basement type) but with a bright window, it is accessed by an independent entrance gate going down the stairs and is then served by a hallway with the exclusive access door. The studio is about 40 square meters in size: kitchenette and dining area, double bed and sofa bed... single bed (can be added if necessary)... bathroom with shower. Hot/cold air conditioner included, Wi-Fi, as well as utilities, bed linen and towels, kitchen equipment, iron.
