Sharing is caring but this spacious large studio comes with private entrance, private bathroom and use of pool. With a capacity of 4-6 guests, visitors can enjoy vibrant pool-side sunsets with your favorite beverage on the patio. Well lit pathways assist you at night. An oversized backyard provides additional green space. Se Habla Español. The space Parking is available for (1) one vehicle in the driveway. This is strictly enforced out of respect to our neighbors. Upon entering you'll note the large bathroom with an oversized shower and large garden tub. Great for relaxing after a long day at work or at the parks. As you turn the corner you'll note a small kitchenette with essentials (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini-oven, blender and small refrigerator). Upon entering the main studio you'll note the twin bunk beds, full size bed and convertible couch. Desk, tv, small dinning table, wifi, and a washer/dryer are in place for your convenience. Guest access Shared space that would include the pool area, patio and all other exterior green space. Other things to note If you require deliveries of any kind please utilize Fed Ex and UPS locations. We also have an Amazon drop locker entitled Poppy just around the corner at the 7-11. The post office is within a mile on Wetherbee. We encourage our guest to take advantage of the proximity of these drop sites. Thank you
