Independent permaculture cottage

The cottage is located in the countryside, on the D7, 3 km from the A85 motorway, 3 km from the Loire bike path, close to the castles of Villandry, Langeais (6 km) and Azay-le-Rideau (7 km). Fontevraud Abbey, the castles of Chinon, Saumur, Chenonceau, and even Chaumont-sur-Loire are accessible within the hour thanks to the expressways. Bike shelter available. Private parking. The cottage is completely separate from my house which is nearby. You're my only guests. The space The listing is located in a fully fenced property, with an electric gate. Your vehicle will be safe there. It has the features of a simple studio with: - a comfortable bed for 2 people, 140 cm by 190 cm. Sheets and duvet cover provided (220 × 240 cm) - a small table that can be used as a desk - a table for breakfast - a wardrobe with hanging space - a kitchen area where you can prepare a quick meal. Microwave oven, kettle, fridge, coffee maker, basic dishes, induction cooktop, electric tajine. - a small bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet, towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo provided. - a Dyson fan - a Panasonic radio, CD, Bluetooth speaker. You can eat and relax on the terrace. Garden furniture and a deckchair are at your disposal... If you arrive by bike, you can put your bikes in the garden shed. For hygiene reasons and due to the limited space of the "studio" cottage, pets are not allowed. Guest access The chalet is completely independent of my home which is a few meters away. Other things to note The chalet is a strictly non-smoking space.
