Villa Gelsomino is part of Ca' Garbino estate, an elegant country house, fully furnished with careful attention to detail. The house is situated on a hill close to Tavullia, between the region Marche and Emilia Romagna. The space Ground Floor: Dining Room and Large Fully Equipped Kitchen and sofa with relax area. First floor: 2 ensuite double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower. (Upon Request it's available a Crib for Kids) Outdoor: Outdoor Furniture with table and chairs (eclusive use of the villa) Swimming pool, 4 sunbeds (shared with adjacent villa) Please keep in mind that this property is surrounded by nature, and it’s not unusual to encounter wild animals or to find bees restoring from summer heat. You may also notice nests in the garden—these are part of the natural ecosystem, and we kindly ask that you admire them from a distance and avoid disturbing them. This closeness to nature is one of the charms of the countryside, and we hope it adds to the magic of your stay. Guest access You will have fully access to the house and the garden. The lovely swimming pool finished in wood is shared by both apartments. We are dog lovers and willingly accept even 4-feet guests. The property is divided in two independent houses called Oleandro (Oleander) and Gelsomino (Jasmine), both with private outdoor spaces for outdoor dining and separate entrances.
