This room, the latest addition to the Sassoscritto family, is officially part of Ca' del Sasso, but can be rented separately thanks to its independent entrance. The B&B is elegant, modern and bright, surrounded by vineyards, offering a breathtaking view of the valley from the terrace and the swimming pool, open from June to September. Among the services included, guests can take advantage of the unheated swimming pool, sun loungers and parking space, with weekly change of all linen. This refuge is ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, with the comfort of modern services and a privileged location to explore the beauty of the Oltrepo Pavese. The space The room offers a separate entrance, although it is part of the main B&B complex. Guests can use shared spaces such as the breakfast room, the garden and the unheated outdoor pool. Paid services include a wood-fired sauna and a jacuzzi. The area is equipped with a free hotspot for wifi connection, and there is a solarium with panoramic views. In the evening, you can relax under the porch, admiring the sunset over the hills with a glass of wine. A parking space is available to guests, ensuring an exclusive and refined stay. Guest access Guests can access their rooms located on the first floor by crossing the main house. The garden, terrace, porch, unheated pool, solarium and breakfast room are shared with the owners of the property. Free parking is also available for guests. During your stay The owners live inside the villa and are always present to meet every need of the guests. During the day, you might find them in their loft studio working or in the kitchen. In any case, someone is always present, since the Sassoscritto is their home. Other things to note Animals of any breed and size are welcome, as long as they are well-behaved and respectful of the spaces available to them. In common areas, they must always be kept on a leash. We are animal lovers and have 4 cats and 2 dogs that are very sweet and eager for cuddles, so we would be happy to host yours as well. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas.
