The villa is a newly built residence that combines modern and Cycladic architecture while facing the unique Caldera and the volcanic island Aspronisi (White Island). Aspronisi Island consists of a small part of land that used to be a part of Santorini island before the eruption in 1660 BC. The name of the villa is inspired by Aspronisi Island. The Aspronisi Luxury Villa features an elegant, fresh and contemporary decoration. The space The Aspronisi Luxury Villa is a house of 80 sq.m. in Megalochori of Santorini, only 80 meters away from the Caldera. It consists of 3 beautifully decorated rooms. An open-plan living room with 2 built-in sofas, a dining area for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. 2 Bedrooms with queen size bed, flat screen TV, wardrobe and private bathroom. Both bedrooms feature exceptional view, one of them has western orientation, overlooking the Caldera of Akrotiri, Aspronisi Island and the sunset and the other one has an eastern orientation overlooking the mountain of Prophet Ilias and the sunrise. The comfortable balcony of the villa includes an outdoor Hot tub, where the guests have the chance to relax and admire the unique view of the Caldera in Akrotiri, the Aspronisi and the sunset. The villa also provides a terrace with access from the main entrance which is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. An ideal spot for endless sunbathing with unique view to the Caldera. Next to the villa, stands a little private church which belongs to Gavalas family, owner of the residence. Guests are free to visit the church and use its outdoor area as a parking space. Aspronisi Villa is a luxury eco-friendly home and is built with the use of ecological building materials, equipment of class A Eco and solar water heater. The Vila can accommodate from 4 to 6 people and is ideal for couples, groups of friends and families. The Aspronisi Luxury Villa is open all year round.
