Our property is located approximately 40 minutes from Tampa and 20 minutes from Clearwater/St Pete airport. Lulu's restaurant is your turning point onto 1st street. Our Condo is the first driveway past Lulu's. If you enjoy walking on the beach or taking in sunsets its one block away. Beach chairs are provided including an umbrella. Many restaurants and bars are steps away. The welcome center is across the street for more information. YOU Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.. The space The unit is three levels beginning with the garage which is equipped with a pair of bicycles and scooters. As you enter to the main level you'll head up 10 steps to find a lovely open layout of kitchen and living room with 2 access onto the balcony. Additionally, on this level is a bedroom and full bath with balcony. The third level has a spacious master bedroom and bath equipped with a whirlpool tub plus walk-in shower. A guest room and bath are across the hall with a laundry facility between. Both bedrooms have a private balcony.
