Well presented 3 bed roomed caravan located on a 54 acre Lakeland farm in the beautiful Lyth Valley. 10 mins fro M6 2 local pubs within walking distance :20 minute drive from both the historic, market town of Kendal and popular tourist destination of Bowness on Windermere. Country walks direct from the doorstep. Views onto Scout Scar. Secluded plot. We welcome bookings from one household only. Two night minimum on weekends The space Open plan living/kitchen/dining. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave and fridge. One double and two twin bedrooms. Shower room with wc. Outside there is a sandstone patio with pretty rockery areas. There is ample space for the children to run and play in the large secluded plot. Fellside Farm itself is set in 54 acres of beautiful lake land farm land. Wild life (deer, pheasant, hare, badger, songbirds etc) are present and may well be seen. Wood for the firepit is available for a small fee. One pet is permitted. Dogs are not allowed on the sofa/beds and must not be left unattended in the caravan. Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site Guest access Access is via a keypad Other things to note Your caravan is sited at my grandparents' farm. I don't live at the farm but visit regularly. Where assistance is required, I can be there in 20 mins. My grandparents are also available in case of any problems.
