Rental unit in Split

Our apartment will make you feel like you are home while you are enjoying seaside view and backyard barbecure or a picnic. You can also take pleasure in a 10 min walk to the center of our beautiful city or a 20 min walk to the large beaches. The space Our apartment fits 4 people easily. It has an modern kitchen with all kitchen appliances (such as microwave, coffee maker etc.). Our cozy bathroom has an modern shower and a view over the backyard. From the apartment you get an beautiful view over the seaside. Guest access In the apartment nothing is off limits, this is YOUR home while you are in Split. The backyard, the parking space and the view are all included in the apartment. Other things to note We have internet access, new walk path that is bulit last year that leads straight to the old part of the town, our apartment is also very close to all the ferries and catamarans. From our apartment there is a 7 minutes walk to the old part of Split whene the Diocletian palace is, the tower of st. Duje and Jupiters temple. When you leave the apartment for a swim, you can take a 10 minutes walk through the park and find a lot of beaches. The hill Marjan is a ten minute walk from the apartment and it takes you 45 minutes or an hour to walk around the whole hill, time is no matter in Split because people tend to have layback way of life. Near the apartment there is ACI marina, 3 minutes walk from he apartment and the ferries and catamarans are 15 minutes walk. Also there is a bus station that takes you around town and the station for airport is located 15 minutes from the apartment. Distances from the apartment: - the market "Tommy" or "Konzum" - 3 minutes walk - Diocletian palace and the Old town - 7 min walk - Post office - 5 min walk - park Zvončac - 5 min walk - hill Marjan - 10 min walk - beaches - 10 min walk - ACI marina - 3 min walk - stadion Poljud, place of our football team Hajduk, one of the oldest football clubs in Europe, founded 1911 - 20 min walk - nearest restaurants - "Fife" - 10 min walk (I recommend fish and pasta, all homemade, mmmm!) - ISLANDS - Hvar - 42 km - Brač, beach Zlatni rat - 43 km - Vis - 56 km - Lastovo - 94 km (I would recommed this for those who want to get away from he busy and crowded areas) - OTHER CITIES NEAR SPLIT - Šibenik - 55 km - Trogir - 28 km - Solin (Salona) - 8 km National park Krka is 80 km away from Split and there are buses that can take you there. Hills Kozjak and Mosor are around 22 km away from Split and they are hikers heaven. On hill Mosor there is a planetarium and at night you can watch stars from there. Apart from all on these that I mentioned, I have to say that a few parts in Slit are dear to my heart and you can visit those also. There is a seeing point on hill Marjan where you can take a selfie with panorama of Split in the background, there is a street calld "Let me by" inside of Diocletians palace and a amazing view from Sustian, an old jewish cenetary located 5 minutes from the apartment, from there you can see islands and the archipelago of Dalmatian islands.
