Our fully furnished, family & dog friendly, lake view apartment is waiting for you. Come enjoy lake views, garden walks, and our open concept, eco living space. The apartment is situated on a quiet street perfect for dog walks & bike rides and conveniently close to restaurants, the highway, and nearby tourist destinations. We will try our best to accommodate reasonable early check ins when requested, dependent on our full-time work schedules. The space As avid travelers, we've designed a space we would love to stay in ourselves, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. This fully furnished, family and dog-friendly apartment is the perfect escape. Key Features: ➼ Open-plan living area with an exposed brick column and a breakfast bar, perfect for socializing. ➼ A thoughtfully equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots and pans, and utensils for creating delicious meals. ➼ Unique natural building techniques, including lime plaster walls and beautifully restored original pine floors. ➼ Two cozy bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. ➼ Comfortable beds with 100% organic cotton sheets. ➼ One bedroom features a unique reclaimed wood accent wall, and both offer lovely window views. ➼ HDTV with steaming services; Netflix, HBO. We have Roku and Google TV remotes so you can use either. ➼ Outside we have a firepit area and plenty of firewood so feel free to relax and enjoy the view. Kindling/paper are in the black bin. We also have a swing seat at the front of the house, ideal for taking in the view. Guest access We have a spacious driveway that is approximately 80ft x 30ft and so we can accommodate multiple cars, trucks and trailers. Lake access: Chautauqua Lake has only 2.6 miles of public access shoreline. Our property is not part of those 2.6 miles, but we have scenic lake views. There is a boat ramp five minutes walk down the road where you can reach Chautauqua Lake. We believe we live in a beautiful neighborhood and think that you will agree. Other things to note If you are planning to bring a dog, please inform us so that we can get the space ready for your four-legged friends. This involves putting on a couch protector and providing a black trashcan for bagged dog waste to the left of the door. Dogs are also to be leashed once they are out of the apartment. Please do not let your dog go to the bathroom in our vegetable garden. No cats allowed. Note - our house is over 100 years old and you will likely hear some noise as we walk around, as well as the pitter-patter of a four year old.
