3 rooms 67 m², two bedrooms, a large bright and very pleasant living room, kitchen and bathroom in perfect condition with all the equipment you could wish for Our apartment is located 200 m from the train station, buses and the old town; 5 min: lake, cinema, cultural center... everything can be done without a car, ideal starting point to enjoy Annecy and its region (Geneva, Chamonix, La Clusaz, etc.). Any commercial activity is strictly prohibited. The space Ideal for four people, up to 5 possible (with extra bed provided). If necessary we can bring a baby bed, high chair... Other things to note We don't offer parking spaces, but there are reasonably priced parking lots nearby. There is a bike rental service at the station The neighborhood is quiet, close to the pedestrian streets but without their noise pollution, however it is a town apartment overlooking the street with double glazing ensuring good insulation.
