Welcome to our five-acre sanctuary in the woods, located across the road from Fox Run Regional Park. Our garden level rooms create a relaxing retreat. Neighboring roosters may provide a wake up call. A variety of early birds and the smell of fresh coffee invite you to enjoy the innkeeper's specialty breakfasts. Coffee, tea and sodas are always available. We're environmentally conscious. Please bring reusable water bottles to refill with our cold, refreshing well water. The space Located in the beautiful Black Forest of Colorado, our licensed B&B is a quiet retreat designed for adults only (sorry, no infants or children under the age of 18) to escape the hectic city life. Rest and relaxation are key. For this reason, only one group (large or small) is booked at a time. Enjoy a hike in the vast Fox Run Regional Park, located steps away from our private road. Our B&B boasts an extensive collection of art and antiques, as well as a restful library for your reading pleasure. Or you may simply wish to enjoy your retreat in solitude. In any event, you will leave Colorado rested, rejuvenated and refreshed. Please feel free to contact us with any dietary restrictions or questions. Guest access Two private bedrooms (one large suite with queen-sized bed and one bedroom with four single beds), as well as one shared bath, are all conveniently located on the garden level. Common areas include use of library/den and wet bar on the main floor. A private sitting room on the garden level is also available for writing, reading and relaxing. If you prefer to make your own coffee or tea in this room, please feel free to serve yourself. A mini fridge contains a variety of complimentary soft drinks. We're environmentally conscious. Please bring reusable water bottles for your personal use. Our Rocky Mountain well water is cold and refreshing. Breakfast is served daily at 9:00 am, unless otherwise requested. Please provide any dietary restrictions upon making your reservation. Innkeeper lives on the property and is available 24-7. We look forward to hearing from you.
