The compact & comfy living and dining area has a large TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There's a small sofa and wicker armchairs. Next to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with all the expected appliances and utensils, as well as a washing machine for guest use. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom off the hallway. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a full-sized twin bunk-bed. There are additional pillows, sheets and towels for comfort during your stay. There is ample wardrobe space in both bedrooms. In the bathroom you will find an electric shower, and bath The private parking area gives you the option to bring your own car or hire one. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. Space (& number of guests): the apartment is 50 square metres and the living/dining room is quite small. it can accommodate 3 guest, but, naturally it is more comfortable for 1 or 2 guests for a longer stay. Quiet & secluded: away from traffic in quiet private cul-de-sac, next to a bike path. The location is Grandfield (just off Craighall Road, Trinity) Parking: There are free parking spaces outside the entrance to the property.
