Welcome to our family haven! You can enjoy a terrace overlooking Montpellier and its surroundings and admire the colors of the sunrise and sunset. You will have everything at your disposal thanks to our ideal location (cinema, museums, food shops, bars, train station, trams, etc.) I remind you here, because some guests do not pay attention, but check-in is from 5:30 p.m., before that I am at work, thank you for your understanding :)! The space We are a family, so respect for community life is crucial for harmony in our cocoon. We also have a cute little cat. We love to chat if there's a good feeling! As for the internal rules, we ask for a maximum of one shower per day and no later than 10 p.m. in the evening! Guest access Guests will have access to their bedroom, bathroom and toilet will be shared with the locals. There will be no access to the kitchen, the bedroom is equipped with a kettle, microwave and fridge. During your stay We love interacting with our guests, even if we are often in our living room or at work, we are always open when we are available to chat in a friendly atmosphere! It's important that our guests feel good, so if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to come see us directly, we are very accommodating! Communication is the key to any exchange. We have a lot of rules of decorum, so that there is no misunderstanding and that everyone also respects our family living space. We are a family, so expect to feel at home with us. Luca and Luna Other things to note On weekday mornings, it is important to give us access to the bathroom between 7:50 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. on weekdays so that we can prepare for the children's departure to school. The bathroom must also be accessible between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. so that the children can prepare for bed on weekdays. As mentioned in the amenities provided, we do not provide soaps or other body care products, the one in the bathroom is for our family, we provide a shower towel. We specify this because many people use our things even though the description is very clear.
