The neighbourhood has lot of services like markets, restaurants and services closer." The space Accommodation is on the bullevard called Paseo Rosa de los Vientos de la Playa de Gandia. The space is well distributed in the following way. Main entrance with corridor and built-in wardrobe on the left is a toilet, a bedroom and a kitchen. To the right we have a dining room with exit to the terrace. From the dining room you have access to another bathroom, double room and bedroom with two beds. The rooms are very bright and well oriented, all of them have air conditioning. The air conditioning and wifi are located in the dining room which is the central area of the building. The apartment has a quiet community all year round so rest is guaranteed. The main terrace overlooks the swimming pool and the promenade where on Sundays there is a market. The sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It is very easy to find parking nearby for most of the year. The communications with gandia by bus are easy because it passes regularly and the stop is very close. The bus stop that connects with Madrid is a few meters from the apartment and the distance to Gandia station by car is approximately 7 or 8 minutes.
