Welcome to your home away from home! 🔷MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FOURTEEN GUESTS: ▪️ Bedroom #1: King Bed (sleeps 2) ▪️ Bedroom #2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) ▪️ Bedroom #3: Two Bunk Beds (Bottom Bunk: Full Bed) (Top Bunk: Twin Bed) (sleeps 6) ▪️ Bedroom #4: Bunk Bed (Top & Bottom Bunk: Twin Bed) (sleeps 2) ▪️ Pullout Couch: The pullout couch is located in the living room (sleeps 2) Guest access Parking for 4 vehicles MAX. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. No parking on the street or in the garage. The house is equipped with a smart lock. Guests will receive access codes prior to check-in day. Other things to note 🔷TRIP INSURANCE: Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance offered by Airbnb. This would financially cover unforeseeable events (such as weather-related incidents, airline cancellations, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family). Refunds for a guest's inability to fulfill the reservation will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the event a guest wants to cancel a reservation and is asking for a full/partial refund for events that would have been covered by trip insurance, we will refer them back to this where we strongly suggested the purchase of trip insurance. 🔷POOL: There are three sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor pool and patio area. There are safety alarms equipped on each one of the sliding doors. THE SALTWATER POOL IS HEATED FREE OF CHARGE FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL. 🔷PROPANE: The BBQ grill and fireplace require propane to use. It is the responsibility of the guest to refill propane if desired. The host will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the guests' use of the propane. Use at your own risk. 🔷NEIGHBORHOOD: This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM daily. Please minimize noise and bring activity inside at 10:00 PM. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guests disturb the neighbors and disregard house rules. 🔷TRIP SUPPLIES: We provide an initial supply of trip supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. In addition to regular towels, we also supply beach towels. Please do not expect an unlimited amount of supply, be prepared for a food and supply trip to the multiple grocery stores nearby. 🔷SMART TV's: There are 4 Smart Roku TV's in the home for streaming your own television applications. Please note, there is high speed Wireless Internet in the home, but no cable TV. 🔷GARBAGE: Trash pickup days are on Monday and Thursday. Please place trash bins at the end of the driveway the night before pick up. 🔷GUEST COUNT: The number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS FOURTEEN. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded. The entire house and property is designed and set up for guests on vacation that want to feel like they are at home. There are no shared spaces or amenities and is completely private. 🔷HOUSE RULES: Make sure you have read our House Rules and Regulations for this home.
