On around 74 m² you will find: • 2 cozy double rooms with TV (upper floor) • A small, newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower & underfloor heating • Separate toilet, porch with wardrobe & storage room with washer-dryer • A cozy kitchen-living room with kitchenette, Dining area, TV & wood stove The south-facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of the Hohe Sonnblick (3,106 m) – a real lodge spot in the mountains. The sunny terrace also invites you to linger. In the evening, enjoy the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove or end the day relaxing by the campfire. And yes – we admit it openly: Without the mountains all around, our cottage would only be half as beautiful Guest access Your own free parking space for two cars is available directly at the house. Thanks to a private entrance, a small garden for your exclusive use and contactless check-in, you can enjoy maximum freedom, privacy and flexibility. We live right next door – quiet and unobtrusive.
