This newly remodeled loft is in the heart of downtown historic Tubac. Nestled between art studios, restaurants, museums and shops, it is the perfect location for a wonderful, relaxing visit. Park your car and walk this quaint village as it was meant to be experienced. Please note this unit does have a staircase to the entrance. The space You can't beat this location for Tubac festivals, art shows or attending art classes in the village of Tubac. Guest access There is a private entrance to the studio loft with a designated parking spot next to the lower level patio. Guests are also invited to sit out on the front patio of Grumpy Gringo's Fine Cigars for a stogie or just some good conversation with the regulars and hear stories of times gone by. Other things to note Tubac is a destination spot for vacationers, art lovers, birders and history buffs. There isn't a stop light to be found in this little village and life here flows at a leisurely pace. But, visitors can easily find friendly residents, good food and drink and fun entertainment.
