The Farmhouse in Figeas - Exclusive use of pool

Beautifully renovated Farmhouse with retained period features .. beamed ceilings and large fireplaces. Well equiped kitchen set in a large space with Oak dining table. Large lounge with comfy seating, oak table/chairs for eating or games use , work desk area, TV with Prime, Netflix & Disney. 2 large Bedrooms. On arrival there is a lovely welcome pack with lots of goodies including your favourite choice of wine be it white, rosé or red 😋 The space UPSTAIRS: The Farmhouse has 2 large bedrooms that sleep upto 5 people, plus a cot if required. The Master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower, toilet and sink. There is a main family bathroom also with bath, toilet, sink and bidet. DOWNSTAIRS: A very large kitchen fully equiped that has a big dining table and grand old fireplace housing a log burner. The Lounge is also an excellent sized room that has 2 x 3 seater sofas arranged in front of the large stone fire place that houses a cozy log burner for winter lets. There is an English Satellite T.V., an Amazon Fire Stick showing Prime Video, Disney+ and Netflix. A pretty round oak dining table and desk to work from with wifi and ethernet wire if necessary is also in the large lounge. Guest access Guest's get exclusive use of the pool that sits in the large garden and is surrounded by a fence that is accessed through a large metal gate from the Courtyard leading to the Orchard. Other things to note *Our change over day is Saturday during July & August unless otherwise arranged. We are fairly flexible for other dates. Please bare in mind that the Farmhouse was built in 1778 and head height is very good on the whole.. just a couple of places tall people may need to duck upstairs.
